Many managers say building a team up from the lower divisions is easy. But building a team up from the lower divisions to become the best in the game isn't. With MOT Whites DchRoxanne built a team which did just that, culminating in an IAG Super Cup and Fortress League Cup double in season 12. This is a feat which few managers will ever achieve in any league, let alone a league as tough as Fortress. DchRoxanne has now left IAG, but the fans at Blackshaw Lane still sing his name and their signature song 'Marching on Together'. |

Rumour has it that he eats 20 whole animals per day, and washes the bits down with highly concentrated lucozade, giving him the energy to manage up to 3000 teams at a time. His actual name has never been revealed, but opposing managers have heard whispers in the managers office and caught glimpses through cracked doorways, trying to reveal the identity of this enigmatic football genius. Translations of his name from the scribble on the door have included Ethelwulf, Freidrich, Theobold, Felix, Gethsemane and Dave. Or could it be that this guru of IAG is actually female? |

After notable success with Dragon outfit Gladstone Grufs (two league cups and one Dragon Premiership), bigtyksen was appointed to take on the daunting task of bringing success back to Fortress challengers, MOT Whites. The only known inhabitant of Bouvet Island, bigtyksen oversaw a revolution at MOT Whites putting him on a par with their legendary manager DchRoxanne, with the fans now honouring these two heroes on their famous white banners in the home end. An outstanding treble in season 18 saw the club win all major trophies in one season, the first time a Fortress club has achieved this. |
